These areas, better known as “reflexes” represent all glands and organs of the body. One of the biggest reported benefits of Reflexology is relaxation. Reflexology helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and repair) which triggers the body to return to its natural functioning state. The body does its best healing when it’s in this state. Reflexology also helps by increasing circulation and delivering oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body.
